Why would the installer work for someoneĮlse and not for me? I was also given the option to be able to download the ISO file either onto my computer, a USB drive or a blank DVD. All the times that I tried, the OS download only got so far and then it stopped.

Then I found out on the internet that my Windows 7 OS doesn't support the Windows 10 Media Creation Home Edition, but when I tried to download Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool, the download never finished no matter how many times I tried to download it.
